It was day one of getting out there to start running. The goal is to run a half marathon in October. I am not a person who can just get up and run three miles after not running for a.LONG.time. So, today was hard. And I didn't go far. BUT I'm going to try to stay positive, and work through it until I get back in shape and am on the road to 13 miles!
